The 'patent pending' Doyle Speed Control has been approved for Class 1 Div. 1 use.

Taking our tachometer technology one step further, you can now control the speed of your Doyle Air Motors. The DSCU is a true closed loop controller that offers feedback and data collection that can be monitored and adjusted at the controller or PLC (and in the near future: at a remote location on your PC). This will give you more control and data, allowing you to adjust your process and achieve identical results with every production run.

This controller will allow the end user to program 2 speeds:

• Quick Start mix speed' for new or cold barrels. Set the 'Quick Start Mix Speed' and the time limit.
• Once this time limit has passed, the DSCU will automatically switch to your pre-set 'Primary Speed' and will continue to mix at this speed until the DSCU is turned off.
