Recently we purchased and installed eight DRH16 Cup/Shroud Cleaners from Circle
Dynamics for our paint line.
The entire process of installing, commissioning and start up was seamless.
Most impressive was that our goals for 100 % solvent recovery were achieved.
These units performed better than we could have imagined.
With the 6 solvent nozzle arrangement and angled drying air features, our large
diameter rotary applicators came out clean and dry in seconds.
Instructions for the air and solvent program timing were easy to follow and worked
on the first run.
This new type of cleaner solved the loss of “vaporized” solvent and solvent
leakages from sealing o-rings associated with other brands currently being offered.
We have not experienced any leaks from the Circle Dynamics non-contact vacuum
method.
I recommend the DRH 16-145i Cup/Shroud cleaner as “best in class” for solvent-
based paint applications where 100% solvent recovery is a goal.
